Today the beta version of XNA Game Studio Express as well as the August CTP of Windows Vista (build 5536) was released. However, Vista 5536 has already been pulled by Microsoft after the first 100k downloads. I've managed to snag both so I'll be reporting on both once I get around to installing them.
