Hi all,

- added fresnel_scale in phong material for Indigo 0.5 test 7

- Hiding diffuse and specular colors when metal nk file is selected (still some probs on first access to material tag)

- Background color default back to 0.5 0.5 0.5

- Using the Phoenix modified NkData.xml file (you'll need to remap when reload old scenes)

Remember material helper tag is needed if you want to use fresnel_scale and metals (those attributes are not derived from the driven material)

Thanks for the quick reaction, youīre nearly unbelievable! :o)

And also for realizing a couple of my suggestions of course.

Kind regards,

Tom

You're welcome :) and, again, beautiful images in your gallery, can I add some of them in my gallery too? (can you give me some specs: PC & Timings?)

Iīm pleased you like them! :o)

And you have my permission to take whatever you think is qualified for your gallery. (The same applies to you Nik. Feel free to use them for the offical gallery too, if you like and think some of them fit there.)

I rendered most of them in network mode with 16 P3 800MHz machines, except of some of the noisy crystal ball images.

Okay, these computers are not so fast anymore but the significant number compensate that. ;o)

The final crystal ball scene ran for 6h25m but it looks virtually the same like after 4h.

But unfortunately I canīt give you exact rendertimes for the other images.

Itīs between a few hours and a few days (for example, the ring scene is still running but with barely noticeable improvements meanwhile) but mostly I didnīt memorized how long they ran. In most cases there had been just marginal changes after a certain time. So mostly I gave them more time than required. ;o)

Kind regards,

Tom
