Just a quick note to apologize for all the shenanigans happening here in the last while. I have upgraded to PHP5 which meant that some code had to be massaged into working again. I've also begun the process of templating the entire site. Right now only the main page has been done, and since it is a fairly arduous process I'll be doing it in bits and pieces (no comments from the peanut gallery, please). As for the forum... well, that's a different beast altogether.
If you see strange characters floating about, it's because I was doing escaping wrong all along and now I'm doing it the right way. There're about 5k posts in the forum now, and I'm not about to fix everyone's punctuation manually, so live with it =]
